At Leander we are committed to helping ALL of our patients', regardless of age; gender; nationality; culture and sexuality, to becoming fitter, healthier & happier people, and to feel supported with any needs they may have.
We will use this page to provide regular information about courses, schemes and other opportunities available to our patients', either at the surgery or in the wider Croydon Community.
We will provide flyers and information where possible, and/or website links and email addresses if we can.
We also have a Care Navigator, Paula Smith, and a Social Prescriber, Lorraine Podiephatshwa, who are both able to help patients' with health and social issues and direct them onto other appropriate services.
